			© Dickson Rothschild Architects			Mosman Business Centres DCP & Public Domain Improvement Strategy Mosman, NSW Australia 1999 This project addressed a wide variety of issues including heritage, economic sustainability, urban form and character and resulted in the preparation of centre based controls and guidelines, public domain improvements and action plans detailing stakeholder roles and responsibilities. Project responsibilities included production of the Development Control Plan document and Public Domain Improvement Strategy. It also included preparation of material for public presentation and costing.

			Realignment of castlereagh highway
			© Dickson Rothschild Architects			Realignment of Castlereagh Highway, Lidsdale, NSW 2000 This project for the Roads and Traffic Authority involved an urban design assessment of proposed route options for the realignment of the Castlereagh Highway, Lidsdale. Project responsibilities included analytical and contextual studies, attending community and value management meetings and preparation of the urban design report and graphics.

			Oatley town centre
			© Dickson Rothschild Architects			Oatley Town Centre, Kogarah NSW 2000. This project involved a feasibility study for an existing council car park with the development of options and building envelopes for a proposed town centre in Oatley, a waterside suburb south of Sydney. Project responsibilities included development of short listed options into workable and economically feasible schematic designs - including retail and commercial space, a council library and child healthcare centre, a neighbourhood supermarket, residential units and the required car parking.

			Fiji studio city
			© Dickson Rothschild Architects			Fiji Studio City Urban Design Master Plan, Yaqara, Fiji This project involved preparation of a master plan for a film and television 'city' in a green field site in Fiji. This included provision for studio back lots, associated institutions and businesses, hotels, residential development, a university, sports stadium, waterfront promenade and marina. Project responsibilities include the design of the waterfront precinct and development of appropriate urban form for a tropical waterfront city. It also included the production of the master plan report and drawings.

			Penrith panthers
			© DesignInc Sydney			Panthers World of Entertainment Master Plan, Penrith, NSW 2000 This project involved the preparation of a Master Plan for a large entertainment and gaming complex in the outer suburbs of Sydney. It was to integrate the proposed Cinema Complex, Link Building and a hotel tower that would change the nature of the complex from a members and guests only club to open to public entertainment complex. Project responsibilities included the production of the Master Plan report and drawings, with emphasis on pedestrian management, implementation strategy and staging.
